Geotechnical study

A geotechnical study identifies the characteristics of the soil on which a structure is to be built, in order to ensure its stability, durability, and safety. It is a key step in reducing technical and financial risks related to soil behavior. At GEOCONSEIL, we conduct geotechnical studies in accordance with the NF P 94-500 standard, across all project phases (G1 to G5), based on field investigations, in-situ testing, and laboratory analysis.

FOR WHICH PROJECTS?

Our studies cover all types of projects:

  • Buildings, single-family homes, industrial buildings
  • Roads, bridges, tunnels, dykes, dams
  • Logistics platforms, business parks
  • Hydraulic structures and linear infrastructures
